The Graduation Ceremony of 78th Staff and Junior Commanders Course was held at the National Police College, Twickenham Park, and Spanish Town on December 11, 2015.
The guest speaker was the Honorable Mr. Justice Bryan Sykes of the Supreme Court of Jamaica.
A total of 17 members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), along with one member each from the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda Police and the Royal Montserrat Police Service completed the course
The course was coordinated by DSP Lori Bryan who was assisted by DSP Jacqueline Henry, DSP Christopher Phillips and Detective Inspector Sharon Thompson. The directing team was supported by several members of the JCF and REDTRAC who facilitated lectures and practical exercises to make the course a success.
The 10 week Staff and Junior Command Course aims is to equip senior supervisors in law enforcement with the necessary skills and competences to manage their areas of command effectively, in order to achieve their organization’s objectives.

The seventeen successful participants were jubilant to receive certificates of completion with the insignia ‘pcj’ (Pass Staff and Junior Command Course).
