SYSTEMATIC SEARCH PROCEDURES

TARGET GROUP

This course targets selected persons from theJCF, JDF, Port Authority and Customswho perform search procedures duing their daily routine.

COURSE SUMMARY

This is a two (2) week course which provides students with the basic techniques to effectively search outdoor areas, buildings, aircrafts, vessels, vehicles, and persons. Topics include:

• Use of Specialised Search Equipment
• IED & EOD awareness
• Operation of Canine Search dogs

LEARNING OUTCOMES

• Demonstrate the ability to effectively search the aforementioned places and objects
