Mandate
The Department of Finance is responsible for managing the institution’s financial resources. It ensures compliance with the Financial Administration and Audit (FAA) Act, Ministry of Finance directives, and government circulars. The department supports operational needs across all campuses, faculties, and departments, ensuring financial accountability and sustainability.

Mr. Andrew Graham
Director of Finance, Training Branch (Appointed: September 2022)
Mr. Graham brings a wealth of experience to the role, having joined the Jamaica Constabulary Force in 2006. He has held various leadership positions, including roles at the National Intelligence Bureau and the Jamaica Police Academy. He now leads the finance department with a focus on strategic planning, financial efficiency, and compliance.

  • Master’s Degree in International Business – Jiangxi University of Finance & Economics, China
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance, with a minor in Banking & Financial Services) – University of Technology, Jamaica
  • Certified in ISO 9001:2015 Audit Training, Leadership & Professional Development, Supervisory Management, and more.
