The Faculty of Criminal Investigation Training provides specialized education to law enforcement personnel, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to conduct ethical, lawful, and effective investigations. The faculty upholds national laws and policing standards while promoting international best practices. Key Functions

Maldrid Jones
Appointed: October 2024 Service: 19 years in the Jamaica Constabulary Force
The Director brings nearly two decades of experience across major units including CISOCA, the Kingston Central Division, and the Crime and Security Portfolio. A graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy (Session 293), the Director holds an MSc in Security Studies, a Bachelor of Education, and a Diploma in Education.
